This site has one form, no analytics and no cookies. This page says exactly what the form does with what you type, and names the one thing the site loads from somebody else.

The short version
This site has one form — the project brief on the studio page — and no accounts, no comments and no shopping cart. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. If you read this site and leave, I do not know you were here.
The project brief
What you type into the brief is sent to studio@bodkinandpress.com as an email and is not stored on this site. The form is delivered by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which passes it on to that address as an email. If Web3Forms cannot be reached, the form composes the same email in your own mail app instead, and nothing leaves your device until you press send there. The form has no tracking attached to it, and it asks for nothing it does not need: a name, a business, an email address, and what you want built. The telephone number and website address are optional.
What the site loads from somewhere else
Two typefaces are served by Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and browser user-agent. That is the only third party this site contacts, and it is disclosed here because it happens whether or not you fill anything in. Google’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Nothing else is embedded: no maps, no video players, no social widgets, no fonts or scripts from any other host.
Server logs
Whoever hosts this site keeps ordinary web-server logs — IP address, time, page requested, user-agent — for security and troubleshooting. That is a function of hosting, not of anything I have added. When the hosting provider is chosen, it will be named here.
If you email or call me
I keep the correspondence: your name, your email address or phone number, and whatever you chose to tell me. I use it to answer you and, if we work together, to do the work. I do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add it to a mailing list. I do not send marketing email.
I keep enquiries that do not become projects for two years, then delete them. Records of paid work are kept for seven years because tax and accounting rules require it.
Your rights
Email studio@bodkinandpress.com and ask. You can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I will answer within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK, or in a US state with its own privacy statute, those laws give you these rights specifically; I extend the same handling to everyone because running two processes for one inbox would be theatre.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history worth keeping yet; when there is, it will be published rather than quietly replaced.
